CHILDREN'S CULTURE CARNIVALS/ FUND-RAISING
EVENTS
Children’s
Culture Connection fund-raising events, best described
as educational carnivals, are
designed
to teach children about world cultures in a fun and exciting
format,
while
raising money to improve the lives of children in need
worldwide.
Held
in schools, businesses and community centers throughout
the U.S.,
each
event spotlights different
country
"destinations" and features food, music, photo exhibits and
displays from those countries,
along
with fun activities children can participate in to help raise
money for a charity in that area.

CULTURAL CLASSROOM
PRESENTATIONS
The
Children’s Culture Connection Classroom Presentations help
American students learn about different world cultures and
connect with youth in other countries. In addition to
cultural presentations, students are given the opportunity to
connect with kids world wide via photos, letters, videos, and
cultural exchanges that give both groups exciting opportunities
to
get to know each other and learn about
their
similarities and
differences in a constructive and experiential
way.

FREE NEWSLETTER FOR
KIDS
Children’s Culture Connection publishes a
free bimonthly newsletter that teaches kids about
world
cultures in an entertaining and engaging fashion. Each issue
explores a different country
and
includes informative articles, fun facts, indigenous recipes--even
language lessons!
Each
issue also features a charity working to help improve the lives of
children in that area,
along
with creative ideas on how readers can get involved to make a
difference.
